What do I need to do to receive the GSA pricing on office supplies & furniture?

Interstate Office Products attaches the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Pricing to all Federal Government accounts to insure that all Federal Government agencies receive this pricing.

How do I get set up with Interstate Office Products?

Click on “Sign Up Form” and provide us with the required information.
Click on “Catalog Request” if you would like us to send you catalogs of the items on GSA contract.
Click on “Request an On Line Account” if you would like to place your orders on line through our eSolution web site

What different methods can I use to order?

You can phone, order on-line, e-mail or fax your orders or you can place orders with an outside salesperson.

Can I use the GSA Advantage! ordering portal to order from Interstate Office Products?

Yes.  Place orders for the contract holder “Independent Stationers”.  These orders will be forwarded to Independent Stationers, who will forward them to Interstate Office Products as an authorized distributor under this contract.  It would be helpful to indicate somewhere on the order to forward the order to Interstate Office.

Can I use the DoD EMALL ordering portal to order from Interstate Office Products?

Yes.  Place orders for the contract holder “is.group”.  These orders will be forwarded to is.group (Independent Stationers), who will forward them to Interstate Office Products as an authorized distributor under this contract.  It would be helpful to indicate somewhere on the order to forward the order to Interstate Office Products.

Can I use the Army ASFI or Navy NECO systems to order on line from Interstate Office Products?

Not at present.  Please use either the Interstate Office Products site (www.i-o-p.com), GSA Advantage! or DoD EMALL.

Are there advantages to using Interstate Office Products online ordering vs GSA Advantage or DoD EMALL?

Yes.  The Government ordering portals are not directly linked to our system and therefore only provide government employees with access to about 10,000 of the 45,000 items available directly from our site.  Having access to more items better enables Government employees to efficiently consolidate orders.  In addition, we believe that ordering through our site, which is exclusively designed for finding and ordering office supplies, will prove to be faster and easier than ordering through Government portals.  Our site securely stores SmartPay/Government Purchasing Card information to make ordering more convenient.

Is Interstate Office Products an authorized JWOD distributor?

Yes.

Can I order JWOD/Skilcraft/NIB/NISH products on line?

Yes.

Does Interstate Office Products accept the Federal Government Purchase/SmartPay Card?

Yes.  If you provide us with your SmartPay purchase card number, we will attach it directly to your account for automatic use in the future.  This card used to be referred to as an IMPAC card prior to 1998.

Does Interstate Office Products offer recycled items?

 

Yes, we offer an extensive selection of recycled items.  These items are all identified on the Interstate Office Products on-line ordering site with a recycled symbol. 

Does Interstate Office Products pick up laser cartridges and recycle them?

Yes.  Simply leave them at the place where we normally make deliveries, with a  "Recycling for IOP" note attached to them.

Can I process returns on line?

Yes.  Click on Order On-Line, and click on the Return Authorization Form.  If you are already in eSolution, click on the Home page and click on the Returns button.

Will I be charged state and local sales taxes?

No.  Federal government accounts are exempt from paying sales tax.
